4 Water Rats Listed as 2015-2016 CT Scholar Athletes

Four Water Rats from the 2015-2016 Swim Year were named as CT Scholar Athletes.

They include –

Caroline Sargent
Elizabeth Sargent
Kay Begg

Each of the above listed swimmers has been invited to the Connecticut Swimming Awards Banquet on November 6, 2016 at the Aqua Turf Club. The Awards Banquet is held to recognize swimmers for being named a CT Scholar Athlete and for being in the CT Top 16.

Swimmers qualify for the CT Scholar Athlete award if they are in 10-12th grade and have swam an individual event at SC or LC Senior Championships or two regular season meets during LC or three regular season meets during SC.  Swimmers must also have an academic GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Congratulations to these four Water Rats who have received this honor!
